The large black Weld Mount nylon tie mounts in this 500-pack take 5 cable ties and are rated for submerged bilge use. Black nylon handles sun exposure well and disappears against dark surfaces. They bond in place with Weld Mount adhesive.
Large mounts carry bigger wire bundles and hoses than the small size. Because they are bonded instead of screwed down, the opposite side of the panel or hull stays untouched. That keeps water out of the laminate and cored structures.
Match the mount to a compatible Weld Mount adhesive and prepare the surface before applying. Observe the working and cure times, and do not load the mount until the adhesive has full strength. Browse more Repair, Prep & Maintenance for other products.
