The Victron Digital Multi Control 200/200A GX panel controls Multi and Quattro inverter chargers in standalone, parallel and multi-phase systems.
Supporting parallel and two or three-phase configurations is what separates this from the plain 200/200A panel. A system with several inverter chargers working together needs a control that understands the group rather than one unit, and setting the current limit has to apply across all of them.
The GX designation means it works alongside a GX device in the system. That matters for a boat already running a Cerbo or Ekrano, since the panel and the GX system share information rather than operating independently.
AC input current adjustment from a dashboard or electrical panel is the function used most often. Two hundred amps of range covers everything from a modest shore connection to a large generator, and setting it to what the source actually delivers is what prevents nuisance tripping.
