The Shakespeare 20-Foot Cable Kit for Phase III Antennas is a 20 ft Easy Route cable kit for Phase III VHF and AIS antennas. It uses RG-8X coax with small FME mini ends. The small ends fit through tight holes and conduit that a full-size connector will not.
Two screw-on PL-259 connectors are included. You route the cable first, then install the PL-259s once the cable is in place. That makes running coax through a T-top, console or arch much easier.
RG-8X is thicker than RG-58 and has lower signal loss over a run. Twenty feet suits most center consoles and small cruisers. Other antennas and cables are in our marine antennas section.
