There are three basic variables to controlling the roll of your bait, the boat or current speed, the placement of your top hook, and the angle of your cut. With a plug cutter, you get a consistent compound angle on every cut, so you have removed one variable from the equation. The angle of the three cuts with the Pro-Cure Precision Plug Cutter creates the perfect roll depending on size of baits and the angle of cut. Features complete illustrated directions.
