The OMS Deep Ocean Wing 2.0 is a technical diving wing that adjusts its lift range through an interior retraction band system. Tightening the bungees reduces lift to 48 lb (21.7 kg) and holds the air cell tight against the cylinders; loosening them opens the wing to 60 lb (27 kg). That range lets one wing cover configurations from a single cylinder to twin steel doubles rather than requiring separate wings for each.
The outer bag is 1000 denier nylon with an interior urethane backing, a construction that takes abrasion from backplates, boat decks, and cave walls while the urethane layer holds gas. The 16 in inflator hose routes over the left shoulder, and dump valves sit on the lower left and upper right so gas can be vented in both head-up and inverted positions.
