At the course you will prepare:
- Aromatic Spicy Moroccan Shrimps – baked shrimp in a fragrant sauce with harissa, peppers and spices
- Roasted Chicken Legs with Pomegranate Molasses – juicy and caramelized legs, seasoned with 7 Arabic spices and fresh pomegranate seeds
- Turkish Cotton Cakes – tender and fluffy cakes filled with cheese, sprinkled with nigella and sesame
- Vineleaf specialtywith Lamb – traditional vine leaf specialties made with lamb and spices, finished with fresh lemon and mint
- QuickKatmer with Pistachio and Cream – crispy sweet triangular patties, filled with cream and pistachio, served with a scoop of ice cream
