Our organic celery powder contains just one ingredient: Organic Freeze-Dried Celery. We start with organically grown raw celery and dry them through a small-batch freeze-drying process. We then grind the entire stalk into a fine powder. Each jar contains the powder of 25 cups of organic celery.
