The Faria Beede Chesapeake Black 2 in depth sounder reads from 3 to 199 ft (1 to 61 m) in a black dial that matches dark helm panels. It comes with Faria’s SN2060 thru-hull transducer with a 26 ft cable attached. The polished stainless bezel and domed glass lens match other Chesapeake gauges.
Automatic gain control keeps readings accurate over both soft mud and hard rock. The backlit display stays readable in bright sun or at night, and it switches between feet and meters. Keel offset lets you set the reading to the depth under the keel instead of under the transducer.
