The DMT W6FP is a diamond whetstone sharpener designed to restore and maintain a razor-sharp edge on knives and other cutting tools. Unlike traditional oil stones that require maintenance and messy oil, this benchstone uses a monocrystalline diamond abrasive surface. You can sharpen dry or with water, making cleanup simple and eliminating mess. The 6-inch length provides a generous sharpening surface while remaining compact enough to store on a countertop or in a cabinet.
The 25-micron (600-mesh) fine diamond surface is ideal for honing and refining edges to perfection, or for maintaining already-sharp blades with precision. A sturdy carrying case protects the stone and can be mounted for convenient storage and access. The durable construction is built to provide years of consistent performance and reliable service.
